The infested socialite may be engaged?!

ARE Paris Hilton and Stavros Niarchos engaged? Hilton shocked partygoers Monday night when she arrived at Katsuya in L.A. wearing a huge diamond ring on her left hand.

She strolled in with her on-again, off-again Greek - and a ring that looked suspiciously like the fake "diamond" solitaire she once claimed former fiancé Paris Latsis gave her. (Latsis actually gave her a smaller ring from Cartier.)

She spent the night canoodling with Niarchos, Nicky Hilton, Brandon "Greasy Bear" Davis, Michelle Trachtenberg and Mena Suvari. Reps for Hilton and Niarchos didn't return calls for comment.

It would be great if Parisite would settle down, but there's just too many dicks she hasn't experienced yet. She has a lot of unfinished business. Then, one day she'll get hitched, divorced, and begin her infection cycles all over again and again.

Paris' crotch must really hate her. At first she went on strike, but now her bagina puts in no effort to fight off infections. She's worked so hard, her immune system is in early retirement.
