Oscar DeLa Hoya Drag Pictures In Tights and High Heels?

Oscar's attorney Bertram Fields spoke to Us magazine regarding the authenticity of the Cross-dressing Oscar De La Hoya photos floating around the net. They may be fake but they're still funny as hell!

"The photographs depicting Mr. De La Hoya's image that were posted online today by an obscure paparazzi website are fake. Many of the website's viewers (as reflected in postings on the site) identified the photos as a 'really bad photoshop job.' Unfortunately, with today's technology, anyone can make any photo seem like something other than it is.

"The official letter to x17, obtained by Us, reads, "We are aware that you have posted on your website X-17 Online.com today certain photographs which you purport depict Mr. De La Hoya...the images are not newsworthy...As you know, Mr. De La Hoya has never consented to your use of his image for any purpose. Accordingly, demand is made that you immediately take down these images, withdraw them from your website, and make no further use of them."

Meanwhile, x17 has only placed the De La Hoya pics more prominently on their site in response, telling readers, "Regarding the possibly [sic] Photoshopping of the images -- NOPE! -- we got a letter for Oscar's lawyer today and while they'd love us to take down the pix, they don't seem to dispute their authenticity!"

I would like to see him in some cute little electric blue panties instead of the light pink, with some knee high black boots to cover those skinny stems. Throw those damn kneeling poses out the window, I wanna see some ass! I'm starting to put too much thought into this.

50 Cent Is a Loser, Kanye West Wins

Kanye West's "Graduation" album trounced 50 Cent's "Curtis" in the much-hyped rap sales showdown with nearly 1 million copies sold the first week, the best debut of the year.West has sold about 957,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan figures posted by the industry Web site Billboard.com on Tuesday night. It was his best first-week sales ever. In comparison, 50 sold 691,000 copies of "Curtis."

Despite his victory, West was hardly rubbing it in 50's face. In fact, he said he was humbled by the win.

"It feels overwhelming," West told The Associated Press, as he walked to Def Jam's offices on Tuesday afternoon. "Everyone is coming up to me and telling me how proud they are of me."

"We're not gloating," Def Jam President Jay-Z told AP. "He's celebrating his win. ... in his mind, he believed he could win the whole time."

Though selling almost 700,000 copies in the first week was a sterling achievement, it was still a considerable letdown for 50 Cent. His last album, 2005's "The Massacre," sold 1.1 million in its first week. In fact, West's "Graduation" the only other album to come close to those sales since.

Look who's a wanksta now?! 50 released this weak statement:

"I am very excited to have participated in one of the biggest album release weeks in the last two years. Collectively, we have sold hundreds of thousands of units in our debut week. This marks a great moment for hip hop music, one that will go down in history."

But while West is enjoying a No. 2 position on the charts with his hit "Stronger," 50 has struggled to connect with radio. None of his songs has matched past smashes like "In Da Club"; even his single "Ayo Technology," featuring Justin Timberlake and Timbaland, is languishing at No. 19.

Kanye added,

"I was the underdog because I sold less records in the past, so it was a win-win for me," he said. "If I lost, everyone would be happy that I even went up against him. People have this perception of me being arrogant, but would an arrogant person risk the chance of coming in the second spot just to be a part of history? To me, it's more about fans and the entertainment value and good music."

"This is a really pivotal moment for me emotionally."

Vanessa Hudgens Lawsuit

High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens is being sued for $150,000.

In the lawsuit, filed Monday in Los Angeles, her former attorney, Brian Schall, claims the 18-year-old actress owes him two years' worth of unpaid lawyer fees, the Associated Press reports.

Schall says Hudgens signed contracts agreeing to pay him 5 percent of her earnings while serving as her representive for a period that started in October 2005. He calculates she owes him a balance of $150,000 from the $5 million she has earned since then, according to the suit.

This is the latest blow for Hudgens, who's been making headlines after racy photos of the actress hit the Internet earlier this month.

The Emmy Award-winning actress admits she started getting back into shape 10 days after baby Dezzi James was born in May, and she used the Cabbage Soup Detox Diet twice to help her shed the pounds and tone up.

Entertainment Tonight has several reliable sources that the FBI and LAPD are investigating legitimate leads on a contract hit on Kevin Federline's life.

Multiple sources tell ET that the FBI made attempts to contact Federline to inform him of the potential danger. Sources within the FBI tell ET that this is the bureau's standard operating procedure when someone's life is threatened.

ET has been working this story for the past two months. When contacted, the FBI told us that the bureau cannot confirm or deny an investigation.

Britney Spears Loses Custody of Her Kids

Britney Spears could lose custody of her two children as early as Monday morning. LA attorney Gloria Allred is bringing a "secret" witness to court on Monday for the custody battle between Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Allred filed a signed declaration from the witness, described only as a man who's had close observation of Spears's behavior with her kids. The judge in the closed-hearing case is in possession of the declaration does not have to rule on it; he can simply read it and enter it into the case's existing papers.

The only way the witness would testify is under cross examination. In other words, the declaration has already served as testimony. It would only be if Spears's side decided to question that the witness would be asked to speak. The witness will be in court with Allread at 8:30 a.m., and could blow the popstar's chances of keeping Sean Preston and Jayden James. Allred has kept the witness's identity a "secret" so as not to start a publicity war.

But when the declaration was filed on Friday, Spears and her attorney Laura Wasser would have learned his name. "You may recognize him as we walk into court," Allred says of the witness. "But maybe not. He is not famous. He's just someone who's concerned about the kids."
