Pete Wentz Says Ashlee Simpson Will Give Birth Any Minute

"I am on call permanently right now. She's at the very end, and it could happen at any point."

Wentz, who will attempt to break a world record for most radio interviews in 24 hours with band-mate Patrick Stump on Friday, adds that Simpson-Wentz, 24, is "excited" to become a mom.

"She (feels) hot all the time," says Wentz, 29, joking that the couple's thermostat is set to 34 degrees. "I think she wants to just be not pregnant anymore. ... It's a struggle to go up and down the stairs. Going out in public is insane."

Hudson Family Memorial Set For Monday

A private memorial service will be held early next week for the mother, brother and nephew of Jennifer Hudson, who were shot to death in Chicago.

The Hudson Funeral Home announced the service will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at the Apostolic Church of God, according to the Chicago Tribune.

On Friday, a rep from the funeral home will announce if the family will hold a public service, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for contributions to a newly created Hudson-King Domestic Violence Protection Fund, care of Seaway Bank
and Trust, P.O. Box 19522, Chicago, IL, 60619.

William Balfour, the ex-husband of Hudson's sister, Julia, is being held as a "person of interest" in the case. Chicago Police say the murders are "domestic-related."

Britney Spears's father, Jamie, has been named permanent conservator of his daughter's affairs, a Los Angeles court ruled on Tuesday. He was also named permanent co-conservator of her estate, along with an attorney, Andrew Wallet.

"I've met several times with [Britney] and she requested that I not object to the permanent conservatorship," the singer's court-appointed lawyer Samuel Ingham said in open court.

Experts say, however, that the permanent status doesn't necessarily mean forever. "In many cases, it's just a formality to avoid having to renew a temporary status over and over again."

Sources say this is all a temporary move primarily made to ensure Brit Brit increased time with her boo boos and provide support for her music and work goals.

This situation just makes me hate legal jargon. If "permanent" in this case means "temporary" why can't they just say tentative instead?

Of course Julia wants to believe that she's innocent, but she's not. She allowed a convicted felon who served 7 years on an attempted murder charge into the home she shared with her mother and son! If she wants to be a ghetto hood rat, fine, but she should not have brought that shit home to her family.

Morbidly obese Julia Hudson took to her MySpace to update her "about me" section. It previously described her loving family before the tragic events.

"When I started my MySpace all of the above was true, now because I chose to do what was natural to me and love someone, it cost me my beautiful family.

"It cost me my beautiful, loving, supporting mother Darnell, my true blue baby brother Jason - I love you baby – and last but not never least, my only son Julian, my innocent baby... [Julian's] soul is at ease. I take comfort in knowing that Julian is with my mother and my brother and most of all the Lord, and now he's my angel, he's protecting me."

Everyday she will regret these murders and probably marrying such a loser. Men usually don't kill their estranged wife's family over car payments, but I hope the Hudson tragedy makes other women realize sometimes it's better to be alone than to be with trash just so that you can say you have a man. Not worth it.

I hope I don't sound too harsh or insensitive. This will always be a tragedy and Julia is not to blame but she is a factor.

The 27-year-old parolee had been thrown out of the Hudson home before, and Julia says he'd threatened to harm the family, and kill Julia if she ever had any other boyfriends.

Balfour is being held at Stateville Correctional Center for violating his parole. One of his girlfriends contradicted his alibi and told cops he was involved in the slayings on Friday.

Police are also looking into the possibility that Balfour involved someone else in the crime.

Julian King Body, Julian King Dead of Multiple Gunshots

The body was discovered "in the rear seat" of a white Chevrolet Suburban on Chicago's West Side Monday morning, according to the Chicago Police Department. He suffered multiple gunshot wounds, according to reports.

Police have identified the body of a young boy discovered in an SUV in Chicago as Jennifer Hudson's missing nephew Julian King, police Supt. Jody Weis said Monday.

Immediately following the news of the body's discovery, Hudson's family members organized a church vigil. Several family members visited the medical examiner's office Monday afternoon.

The singer, 27, chose iLike.com, a social music Web site and Facebook application, to release her new video. In it, Aguilera travels through time – and costumes – to the present day.

"I really enjoyed making the video," Aguilera says. "Being an artist who likes to play around with different looks, it was a lot of fun to portray various characters within the same shoot."

The song will be featured on her greatest hits CD, which includes 10 of her best singles and another brand new song, "Dynamite." It will be available exclusively at Target stores on Nov. 11.

Michael Lohan Says He's Sorry For Insulting Samantha Ronson

Who knows how sincere Michael Lohan is being, but he spoke with another media outlet about Lindsay Lohan. This time Michael told New York Magazine that he's sorry for his vicious verbal attacks on Samantha Ronson.

Until Michael Lohan is heavily medicated and loses access to all computer keyboards and paparazzi, he remains a threat to Lindsay Lohan's well being.

"I definitely regret all the things I said about Samantha," Michael told New York magazine at a book party Oct. 21. "I'm a Christian. I should not pass judgment on anyone."

In September, Michael went off on Ronson, calling her a "dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity." Lindsay snapped back, calling her dad a "coward" on her MySpace celebrity blog.

Michael says he's now learned not use the media to reach out to his daughter.

"In the past, I felt that the best way to get to her was to speak out publicly," Michael said. "And it was the wrong choice." - And talking to New York Magazine qualifies as speaking to Lindsay privately?!!!!!

Michael says he's in contact with Lindsay these days. As for providing more details on Lindsay's life, Michael is keeping mum.

"Family matters should be kept private," he said. "I've learned that now."

Police Find Julian King's Body in Jason Hudson's Missing SUV

Jennifer Hudson's 7-year-old nephew Julian King's body has been found in Jason Hudson's missing SUV.

The body of a young black boy was discovered Monday in an SUV as police continued their search for Jennifer Hudson's missing 7-year-old nephew.

The white SUV was found abandoned on Chicago's West Side, CNN reports. Police have not yet identified the body.

Julian King, 7, went missing Friday after an unidentified assailant fatally shot Hudson's mother Darnell and brother Jason. Hudson offered $100,000 for the safe return of her nephew. When police issued an Amber Alert for Julian on Friday, they identified a 1994 white Chevrolet Suburban with Illinois license plate X584859 as connected to the case.

Neighbors say the vehicle has been parked there since Saturday. Balfour was arrested Friday night.

The SUV has been towed with the body still inside the vehicle. The SUV is now at a police garage in Chicago.

May poor Julian R.I.P., the Hudson family stay strong, and may the killer(s) be sentenced to life in prison or death. So sad.
