Caylee Anthony's Dead Body Found, Caylee Anthony Skeletal Remains, Killed by Homicide

Caylee Anthony's mother Casey Anthony, 22, killed her daughter.

"With regret, I am here to inform you that the skeletal remains found … are those of the missing toddler Caylee Anthony," medical examiner Dr. Jan Garavaglia told reporters during a 2 p.m. press conference in Orlando, Fla. The announcement came after an FBI forensic lab in Virginia matched the child's DNA with bones discovered near her grandparents' home.

According to Garavaglia, "The cause of death will be listed as homicide by undetermined means."

"While I would love to explain the forensic aspects of this case to you ... we must remember that everyone is innocent until proven guilty," Garavaglia said.

Anthony's mother, Casey Anthony, 22, was notified in an Orange County jail, where she is awaiting trial on murder charges stemming from her daughter's disappearance in June. Anthony waited five weeks to report her child missing and maintained that she left Caylee with a babysitter who abducted her.

On Dec. 11, a utility worker discovered the remains of a child in a plastic bag.

Paris Hilton Robbed, Jewelry Missing - Door was Left Open

An estimated $2 million worth of jewelry and other belongings was stolen from the home of Paris Hilton, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

LAPD Officer April Harding says a security guard reported a forced entry at 5 a.m. at 3300 Clarendon in Sherman Oaks and the guard described the burglar as a man in a hooded sweatshirt and gloves.

The robbery occurred overnight at Hilton's Hollywood Hills home. The burglar or burglars got into the house through an unlocked door, according to LAPD sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the investigation was ongoing.

Detectives from the LAPD's Van Nuys division were at the home this morning conducting interviews. The sources told The Times that Hilton was not home at the time of the burglary and that the house is equipped with security video equipment.

It remains unclear whether this case is connected to last year's series of serial burglaries that targeted celebrities in the Westside.

Hilton recently told Esquire magazine about her home: "The best thing I've ever bought with money is my house. Having a nightclub in your house really helps for having a party."

Sherry Johnston Drugs, Bristol Palin's Future Mother in Law Arrested

Sherry Johnston, 42, has been charged with six felony counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance, Alaska's Anchorage Daily News reported today.

Bristol Palin's "fucking redneck" baby daddy Levi's mother Sherry Johnson was arrested yesterday in a drug bust.

Johnston was arrested Thursday at her home with a search warrant as part of an undercover drug investigation by Alaska State troopers. Troopers said they charged Johnston with second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance – typically manufacturing or delivering drugs – as well as fourth-degree misconduct involving controlled substances, or possession.

Her arrest took place around noon, after which she was booked at Mat-Su Pretrial Facility, according to a booking officer there. She reportedly was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond just after 2 p.m.

Sherry did not comment to the reporters who were at her crib yesterday and Sarah Palin is refusing to comment.

Ernie also said that if Drew doesn't pick up his phone he is going to drive his Cadillac "right through Drew's house!"

Drew Peterson Getting Married to 23-Year-Old Fiance Details

Drew Peterson, 54, only dates women who are in their early 20's who may be easy to charm and brainwash. Drew's fiance is a 23-year old. Drew Peterson murdered his third wife, Kathleen Savio, whose body was found in a dry bathtub - he says she drowned. Drew also murdered his fourth wife, Stacy, who disappeared in October 2007. He reportedly beat her many times before her "disappearance" and shortly before she vanished she told her friends that if anything happens to her, Drew is the one responsible.

Scott Ruffalo Homicide, Shot to Death

Police arrested a suspect, 26-year-old Shaha Mishaal Adha, on Dec. 9, but she was released and cleared of playing a role in Scott's death less than two days after turning herself in for question.

The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has ruled the death of Mark Ruffalo's 39-year-old brother, Scott, a homicide.

Ruffalo died in the hospital Dec. 8, a week after being discovered in his Beverly Hills apartment with a gunshot wound to the head. Coroner's spokesman Craig Harvey said Wednesday that their investigation has determined that someone else shot him.

Adha's attorney, Ronald Richards, made the media rounds soon after, describing the incident as a case of Russian roulette gone awry. Scott Ruffalo was a habitual drug user, Richards said, and was "under the use of controlled substances" the night he was mortally wounded. No other suspects have been named publicly.

There was also another person, Kristian Muradaz, who was arrested and released. Police have yet to release a motive.

With all the rumors and speculation, Scott has been unable to R.I.P. Condolences go out to his family and friends.

Jeremy Piven's like that, not an all-around jerk, but a total dick to 99.9% of the people he encounters.

Jeremy Piven has abruptly ended his run in Broadway's Speed-the-Plow after skipping Tuesday evening's performance and a Wednesday matinee, Variety reports.

Lindsay Lohan Stalker Daniel Patrick Combs

Police are withholding the name of a 38 year-old headcase accused of stalking Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were leaving Scottsdale Arizona club Jackrabbit Lounge at 1:30 a.m. when the dude lunged for the fireho.

"The gentleman became very excited when he realized he was so close to Samantha, and he has a history of being a stalker with Lindsay Lohan, so he immediately attacked her and started yelling 'I love her, I love her,' " the club's owner, Dan Wierck, told the local ABC affiliate.

Bodyguards and police were quick to tackle the man and Lohan and Ronson were subsequently ushered off the premises. Police said they contacted Lohan and Ronson at their local hotel, where both women denied knowing the man. He was subsequently released after spending several hours in custody.

Police haven't confirmed whether or not the stalker loser S.O.B. will face charges as a result of the incident. He was initially arrested for disorderly contact after pushing a guard so he could get closer to LiLo.

What kind of world do we live in if we can't shout out "I love her!" at someone? I think it's kind of romantic. Not as moving as declaring your love in the sky with a banner or writing words in the clouds, but it comes in a close second.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta has been the most successful of the Housewives franchise. It's time for Kim to upgrade her wigs, get more tranny with it, wear different colors and do ponytails and shit.

The Atlanta show was Bravo's first docu-drama ever to reach more than two million viewers in the 18-49 age group for a single episode. The reunion special reached even larger numbers to become the highest-rated Real Housewives telecast ever with 2.8 million viewers.

The premiere of Season 2 has not yet been announced, and it is still uncertain whether all five women -- including Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes -- will be returning.

Guy Ritchie $76 Million Madonna Divorce Settlement

Guy deserves every penny. Madonna is a body building control freak from diva hell. Her face is crusting and she's turning into ashes. Did you see her on the Britney Spears documentary? Guy got out just in time. Congrats.

I didn't find it honorable that Guy Ritchie said he doesn't want any of Madonna's money. I found it too dumbass and douche-like, an impulsive decision he would regret forever evah. He's one lucky ex-hubby because Madonna's rep says that Madge has settled with Guy for a whoopping $76 million!

Liz Rosenberg tells The Associated Press that Madonna, 50, has given Ritchie, 40, between $76 million to $92 million as part of their divorce agreement. (The figure includes the value of the couple's country home Ashcombe in western England, she said.)

Although the singer keeps the bulk of her estimated $500 million fortune, "I'd assume it's one of the largest payouts ever in a divorce settlement," Rosenberg noted.

Custody arrangements for their children have yet to be finalized.

Sharon Osbourne and Megan Catfight at Rock of Love Reunion

In an ironic twist of events, you can't make this stuff up, Sharon Osbourne grabbed Megan's weave and ripped out chunks of it during the Rock of Love Charm School Reunion show.

Well well well, I guess I can forgive Vh1 for making all these Zlist reality shows because the reunion shows are always better than the actual show!

According to Megan, the whole thing started after Sharon took a verbal shot at her, and the Charmed School" contestant responded by telling Sharon she is only famous for managing a brain dead rock star -- and then all hell broke loose.

Megan says Sharon ran across the stage and grabbed hold of her weave, refusing to let go. She continued to pull and scratch until security separated the hos. Megan went to the hospital Sunday afternoon and filed a report with the LAPD last night.

The LAPD says Sharon is a suspect in a minor battery. No charges have been filed.

Investigation pending.

During George Bush's Baghdad news conference today an Iraqi reporter threw two shoes at President George Bush and he barely missed! George Bush is seen looking dumb founded as he ducks and rises. Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki tries to protect Dubya as he looks ready to stand in the same spot and wait for more shoes to come his way.

CNN reports that among Muslims throwing shoes at someone or sitting so that the bottom of a shoe faces another person is considered an insult. Before the shoe throwing, the reporter said,

“This is a farewell kiss, you dog!”

George Bush told reporters,

“I’m OK. It doesn’t bother me. So what if he threw a shoe at me? All I can report is it is a size 10."

I'm wondering if this turd is going to force other reporters to have to remove their shoes before gaining entry into news conferences. It's like one piece of dookey has a bomb in his sneakers and everyone has to remove their shoes at the airport. It only takes one muthatrucka to ruin things for all of us. Garbus’ attorneys have asked for copies of every text message and e-mail between the women over the last two years.

Last summer Samantha Ronson was looking for a lawyer to represent her in her lawsuit against a Perez Hilton story. Although she hired veteran New York attorney Martin Garbus, Sam lost her lawsuit against Perez. Samantha then sued Martin, but she's not getting away that easily. Martin has sued her ass back and it looks like things may get very ugly very soon.

Now the fight between this solicitor and this celebrity — he’s appeared before the Supreme Court; she appears in Us Weekly — threatens to expose information about Lohan and Ronson that Perez Hilton could only dream about.
“Totally acceptable worry. It’ll likely happen,” Hilton squealed on his blog.

A judge issued a protective order for Ronson, making confidential the time and place of her deposition, and limiting the number of video recordings and transcripts. Attorneys told the judge they were negotiating a similar arrangement with Lohan.

If Samantha knows what's good for her she'll settle this case before all of her business is irretrievably released to the masses forever. But I hope she doesn't! Bring on the lezzie text message sex.
