Woman beater Chris Brown is NOT going to jail. Rihanna will NOT press charges and Chris Brown's female fans will think that abuse is something that one should be forgiven for because it is obviously acceptable. Great job, Rihanna! Great fucking job.

I guess that Rihanna is ready for more fist fights because that's exactly what her dumb ass will be receiving, except Chris won't beat her ass on the street again, he'll keep the abuse indoors like he was prior to his latest incident. This ho obviously won't press any charges. The only reason why I think she may have gone back to Chris is if the rumors are true and she is indeed pregnant. Either way, she has no self-respect. Rihanna and Chris Brown are back together, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

The pair have reunited almost three weeks after Brown, 19, allegedly battered the "Umbrella" singer on Feb. 8.

"They're together again. They care for each other," says the source. The on-again couple are currently spending time together at one of Sean "Diddy" Combs's homes.

Adds the source: "While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves."

Brown called Rihanna on her 21st birthday one week ago. "He called to wish her happy birthday," a source told the magazine. "They've reached out to each other. It's been mutual."

Brown was booked by LAPD for making criminal threats but the case has not yet been presented to the District Attorney, who will ultimately determine which charges, if any, will be prosecuted.

Russell Simmons Child Support Payments = $40K a Month

Simmons has agreed to pay child support for daughters, Ming, 9, and Aoki, 6, of $20,000 each per month until the girls turn 19.

Lee also won sole legal and physical custody of the girls, with monitored visitation.

Simmons also agreed to provide a new car, worth at least $60,000, for the children's use, until they turn 16. The car will be replaced every three years.

The papers also outline a meticulous, seven-page agreement on Simmons's visitation rights, giving him access to the girls every eighth week during their school year and on various holidays.

Kimora goes for the wallet and she'll stomp on your throat until you loosen your grip on it. Congrats! I wouldn't expect anything less form this super diva. I think some of the details of their agreement are too strict, but a golddigger gets what a golddigger wants.

Tom Brady and Gisele Wedding

The bride, 28, donned a form-fitting ivory lace strapless gown with a trumpet skirt, scalloped edges, long train and a floor-length veil with attached handmade satin roses and attached satin headband, all by Dolce & Gabbana.

The ceremony -- which began at dusk -- was "very small and intimate." Guests mostly consisted of immediate family. Brady's son, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, was also present.

NY Post Boycott and Protest

John Legend's powerful open letter to the NY Post addresses many crucial questions. How and why did the major publication think that racist art was and is okay?!

I'm outraged by the New York Post's blatant, disgusting racism. I am also not surprised. Racism will not vanish just because Barack Obama has been elected. Thank you, John Legend, for speaking out against it when you see it. That takes balls and intellect, something he has both of. I've already been exposed to the intellect, now show me what you workin' wit! Here goes it:

Dear Editor,

I’m trying to understand what possible motivation you may have had for publishing that vile cartoon depicting the shooting of the chimpanzee that went crazy. I guess you thought it would be funny to suggest that whomever was responsible for writing the Economic Recovery legislation must have the intelligence and judgment of a deranged, violent chimpanzee, and should be shot to protect the larger community. Really?

Did it occur to you that this suggestion would imply a connection between President Barack Obama and the deranged chimpanzee? Did it occur to you that our President has been receiving death threats since early in his candidacy? Did it occur to you that blacks have historically been compared to various apes as a way of racist insult and mockery? Did you intend to invoke these painful themes when you printed the cartoon?

If that’s not what you intended, then it was stupid and willfully ignorant of you not to connect these easily connectable dots.

If it is what you intended, then you obviously wanted to be grossly provocative, racist and offensive to the sensibilities of most reasonable Americans. Either way, you should not have printed this cartoon, and the fact that you did is truly reprehensible. I can’t imagine what possible justification you have for this.

I’ve read your lame statement in response to the outrage you provoked. Shame on you for dodging the real issue and then using the letter as an opportunity to attack Rev. Sharpton. This is not about Rev. Sharpton. It’s about the cartoon being blatantly racist and offensive.

I believe in freedom of speech, and you have every right to print what you want. But freedom of speech still comes with responsibilities and consequences. You are responsible for printing this cartoon, and I hope you experience some real consequences for it.

I’m personally boycotting your paper and won’t do any interviews with any of your reporters, and I encourage all of my colleagues in the entertainment business to do so as well. I implore your advertisers to seriously reconsider their business relationships with you as well.

You should print an apology in your paper acknowledging that this cartoon was ignorant, offensive and racist and should not have been printed.

I’m well aware of our country’s history of racism and violence, but I truly believe we are better than this filth. As we attempt to rise above our difficult past and look toward a better future, we don’t need the New York Post to resurrect the images of Jim Crow to deride the new administration and put black folks in our place.

Please feel free to criticize and honestly evaluate our new President, but do so without the incendiary images and rhetoric.

Slumdog Millionaire Wins Eight Oscars, Academy Awards Winners

Sean Penn was the upset. I wanted Mickey Rourke to get his trophy, but I'm really happy for Sean and his powerful pro-gay marriage speech.

Kate Winslet, I love you, woman! So excited for her. Excited for Slumdog, too. I have no complaints. I saw pretty much all the movies nominated this year, with the exception of a few. Clay Aiken Dropped From Record Label Because of Low Sales

Claymates do not purchase Clay Aiken's albums like they should.

Clay Aiken has parted ways with RCA. A source tells Billboard Aiken left the label a couple of months ago, on the heels of his 2008 album, "On My Way Here."

That set sold just 159,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Aiken's 2003 debut, "Measure of a Man," sold 2.78 million.

The artist joins a slew of second place finishers -- Katharine McPhee, Justin Guarini, Blake Lewis and Bo Bice, among them -- let go from their major-label deals post-"Idol."

I hope Gayken will get a new label soon.
